Darebin Libraries has four library branches across Melbourne's northern suburbs, in Fairfield, Preston, Reservoir and Northcote. The library provides high quality services, collections, programs,spaces and experiences to and for library customers, including online collections and resources through our website.As a Libraries Customer Service Officer, I provide quality customer service to the diverse community of the Darebin region. In my short time with Darebin Libraries, I have rotated through several temporary roles, assisting in reception, administrative support and the delivery of community/library events. I provide information and support library members to use library products, services and events across four public library branches. I regularly apply my knowledge of Darebin Libraries policies, procedures and standards across all four library branches and provide feedback to management where customer service areas require improvement. Achievements: - Assisting with the delivery of community education initiative Tech Savvy Seniors (Macedonian)- Delivering Preston library event 'Conversation Cafe', which provides opportunities for culturally and linguistically diverse community members to practise conversational English skills.- Selected for temporary roles in customer service/reception and administrative support.

In my role as a Duty Manager, I provided excellent customer service behind the bar in a range of diverse theatre venues in the Melbourne CBD, namely at fast-paced live music venue The Forum and the Comedy Theatre. I successfully managed the administration, customer service, staff requirements and training, stock levels, logistics and artist rider quotes for the Forum and Comedy Theatres.
