Part-time job (12 to 15 hours per week)- Assist in administrative and logistical tasks supporting on athletic events for 12 teams including varsity and club sports- Collaborate with coworkers to problem solve event conflicts - Coordinate the scheduling and tasks to allow basketball and volleyball games to run smoothly dealing with 500+ fans, 3 referees, security teams, and both cheer and dance teams

Internship (20 to 40 hours per week)- Design and devise a means to test the effectiveness of a communication plan that tells DC residents and District visitors that city government and community organizations are working to make it easier for all, regardless of age, appearance, or abilities, to live, work and play within its boundaries- Use the skills of the team to research best means to grab the attention and change the behavior of residents regardless of age and other differences- Explore ways to fund the communication plan.- Design a method to evaluate the communications plan that includes examining behavioral changes.- Assemble a show for a virtual and on-site audience, including slides and a play that demonstrates the impact of communications plan

Full-time Assistant Athletic Director Intern- Spearheaded the development and implementation of wellness programs for athletes, focusing on physical and mental well-being as well as developing their professionalism and leadership skills through interactive workshops- Implemented effective recruiting strategies that led to a diverse and talented pool of athletes, contributing to the competitiveness of multiple sports teams at the school (i.e., Quaker football as an independent league school for 2023 season)- Led initiatives to improve athletic facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for athletes and spectators, including meeting with on and off-site engineers/project managers to fix problem areas throughout the facilities

Seasonal Employee:- Competitively coach 2 lacrosse teams of 15 - 25 girls each between the ages of 9 to 11 years old - Created thorough 2-hour practice plans every week including detailed drills for shooting, passing, and gameplay - Served as primary contact for the parents of 30 girls addressing questions, problems, and safety concerns - Prepared and taught developmentally appropriate skills and drills for personal clients during individual sessions- Traveled 2-4 hours to Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey to compete in 4, 2-day weekend tournaments
