I have been a member of the EU and EMEA Marketing Team at Vivino since September 2020. Working as the European CRM Manager, I have managed B2C customer lifecycle, sales and retention for multiple European markets including Scandinavia, France, Benelux, Spain and the UK. I was part of the overhaul of the customer onboarding journey, which increased our users journey from 3 days to just over a month, and included both product and sales marketing. This was across both email and push and saw massive growth in engagement, conversion and retention. I worked on BAU strategy with individual country managers to increase GMV whilst maintaining high engagement metrics and launched product marketing initiatives to drive non-commerce engagement to create a full-funnel lifecycle journey.I led the CRM change of strategy for the iOS 15 update, which massively affected the logic of how we built our CRM cadence. The new strategy for Europe & EMEA saw an uplift in retention, engagement and conversion.From September 2022, following a companywide restructuring, I moved to the EU & EMEA team, as Local Marketing Team Local Marketing Manager for Denmark and Sweden. I know handle campaign execution end to end, including full CRM execution for the Scandinavian markets.

StillWithYou is a small scale handmade silver jewellery designer with a workshop on the creative industrial island of Refshaleoen, in Copenhagen. I contacted StillWithYou through a desire to gain some practical skills in silver-smithing and running a small business. My roles at StillWithYou included creating and executing sales strategies, creating and executing social media campaigns, completing and packaging orders and conceptualising and organising the shooting of the Autumn/Winter ’14 look book, which included pre-production; scouting for locations, sourcing the photographer and crew, and making sure the shoot ran smoothly. This required a great deal of organisation as well as good communication skills.
