Odyssey is an annual student-led mentoring platform for professionals and students to forge connections, organised by student club, The Mentoring Circle (TMC). Odyssey is SMU’s largest mentoring forum for the student body.• Provide strategic leadership to a team of six in the development and execution of comprehensive communication materials, including key branding elements such as taglines, sponsorship decks, and logos.• Direct the design and production of event collateral, ensuring a cohesive and consistent visual identity across all deliverables, including event day slide decks, posters, and signage.• Lead multi-channel outreach initiatives, overseeing the team’s creation and execution of targeted social media campaigns and email direct marketing (EDM) strategies, driving significant increases in event visibility, engagement, and mass recruitment.• Spearhead the conceptualisation and design of event memorabilia, creating meaningful keepsakes for participants and the Organising Committee to commemorate the event.
