• Worked closely with Business Analyst, Head of Information, and business users from Land Titles Registry (LTR) as the sole designer for Singapore Land Authority’s (SLA) Digital Conveyancing Portal (DCP). Scope of role covered conceptualising, prototyping and iterating on a nationwide G2B2C web product that digitalises the end-to-end conveyancing process across uncompleted, resale, and sub-sale properties. Assisted with putting out Tender Specs for project. • Produced user flows, wireframes, user stories and Proof-of-Concept (POC) for the team’s understanding and alignment of the product. Engaged and managed a total of 10+ external and internal stakeholders collaborate efforts, gather requirements, solicit understanding and identify goals, processes, limitations, and potential partnerships. Put together documents and decks to communicate findings and facilitate workshop amongst stakeholders as well as internal management. Guided, taught and workshopped with business users to create user flows and user stories. • Created a design system for the whole of DCP and a design system for SLA’s suite of digital services and systems that is compliant and in-line with Singapore Design Service Standards (DSS). Standardizing the design language across 9 different systems and saved cost when engaging vendors by providing an accessible design library/system on Figma. • Oversaw UX standards across various service/systems by liaising with respective system owners, project managers, business analysts and external vendors. Provided UX consultation and documentation by understanding business user’s position before establishing UX best practices but tailored to individual business goals and needs.

• Provided consultation for a government agency using quantitative and qualitative analyses. Worked with a product strategy team on user stories, feature prioritisation, and activation retention roadmap. Planned and conducted usability testing. • Wireframed, designed, prototyped and iterated on a B2C responsive mobile site MVP for the client based on business goals and user requirements. Created a visual style guide for proposed product.

• Redesigned ConnectedLife’s existing product to produce a B2B2C clinical product for People with Parkinson’s that considers user’s needs, goals, and business’ requirements and is based off research, clinical trials, and technological boundaries.• Research, recruit users, conduct user interviews, analyse findings to develop personas, feature list, user flows, wireframes, and prototype for clinical product. • Work closely with local engineers and medical research team in Germany to build clinical product. Align teams with the latest findings, updates, and research via documentation.• Create, implement, and maintain ConnectedLife’s design system for consistency and efficiency. Build, design, iterate and manage ConnectedLife’s multi-platform, responsive products on web, mobile, tablet, monitors, and backlog on Sketch, InVision, Zeplin and JIRA. • Create style guides for Digital Commerce Intelligence (DCI) apps and dashboards. Conceptualise, wireframe, design and prototype an e-commerce app for DCI. • Create branding collaterals for ConnectedLife and DCI products, marketing materials, and social media platforms.

Updated Facebook pages and website for Itchy Finger’s marketing.
