Pipeline inline inspection1.Take full responsibility for assigned workforce, tools, schedule, client management.2.In charge site operation MFL, caliper, foam inspection tool commissioning,tool running, coordinate sort of resources.3.Supervise project safety management and ticket signing ,site HSE supervision, kick-off toolbox meeting etc.4. Manage and launching technical team for self- developed product of mini-MFL tool .Projects: 2019 with 3 pipelines,2020 with 9 pipelines, 2021 with11 subsea pipelines, 2022 with 12 subsea pipelines.

1.Responsible for mantle and dismantle ,preventive maintenance for direct drilling tools. 2.Responsible for make Kanban for power drive tools.3.Supervise workshop working area 5S management and process improvement.

1.Implement entire pipeline & process preliminary job ,units fleet load in ,rig up high pressure treating line ,equipment function test ,hose testing.2.Participate daily toolbox meeting ,prepare for PTW (Permit To Work )and working JSA( Job Safety Analysis) .3.Execute leak testing preparation job,for example following P&ID to line walk ,tagging ,tapping for detection point. 4.Carry out leak testing operation , run equipment (compressors,generators ,gas booster, membrane) ,execute leaking point marking and probing process.5. Do the equipment maintenance and troubleshooting,like air compressor,air booster, membrane etc.Project :PetroChina & Chevron CDB turn around project of 2017 and 2018 .

1. Manage maintenance jobs to improve service quality, also include fire control and securities team jobs.2.Check equipment working status,supervise project quality and process .Manage people to solve hotel maintenance issue in time .3. Prepare all the projects for hotel opening, also make monthly preventive maintenance plan, energy consumption plan to make sure hotel running smoothly under properly cost control target,decline 17% cost by supervision .4. Responsible for new maintenance project negotiation, audit, quotation and acceptance.Save 20% cost for department annual CAPEX. 5. In charge technical part of ClubMed Yabuli sustainable development project.

1.Manage maintenance work plan executed and manpower mobilization.2. Supervise the equipment operator to operate the equipment correctly.3. Manage segment service quality .Manage department equipment and complete standard preventive maintenance job as schedule. Include 2 POD blender, 16 frac pumpers,1 cementing pumper,2 mixer, 2 power packs ,2 sand chief besides some small units etc.4. Troubleshooting for emergency equipment problem to reduce downtime and in charge all the units status in location.5. Commissioning new equipment in base .6. Modify or update for used equipment and have done function test. 7. Manage warehouse spare part store and order.8. Apply Maximo system to manage, record, and tracing units status besides spare parts.
