I have many years of experience being responsible for teams of people in a supervisory role, and many more performing in a high pressure and fast-paced atmosphere.I can work with Windows, Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mac, PC, Excel, Outlook, and any e-mail/social networking site in a professional capacity. I have my Food Safe Certificate, Serving It Right Certificate, Towards the Heart (naloxone training), Mental Health First Aid, as well as First Aid Level 1 and Basic CPR certification. I have trauma informed training and experience managing hostile interactions. I've been trained to council people with illnesses such as HIV, Hepatitis C, and AIDS through the Living Positive Resource Centre. And finally, I am a qualified referee within Chito-Ryu Karate tournaments.I'm an active member of the Free The Children Charity as well as CANFAR (Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research). Over the past fifteen years I have volunteered numerous times at the Kelowna General Hospital in Emergency as well as ICU/SCCU Unit, the Kelowna Community Food Bank, The Responsible Animal Care Society (TRACS), and the Kelowna SPCA.
