- Updated Windows system from Win 7 to 10 promptly with 50% more conversions than the average speed- Used BIOS & Ghost to backup hard drive data for the computers in the Medical Imaging Department to avoid data loss- Solved hardware, software and network issues for users either in person or over the phone minimizing the system downtime- Trained users to fix simple issues themselves in an easy-to-understand way reducing an average of a 20-min waiting period for cases
