Phoenix is an accomplished, experienced and meticulous professional, with an unfaltering dedication for building stronger public healthcare programs for communities impacted by racial and ethnic health disparities. Spearheaded and successfully completed various public and privately funded healthcare programs for culturally diverse communities. A graduate of the first Ecotherapy Graduate Certificate program in the United States in 2011, she founded EcoSoul and in 2020 The Alliance for Ecotherapy & Social Justice.
