- Research transit migration, EU policies, and refugee human rights issues along sea/migration routes- Draft a policy recommendation centered on establishing a safe and legal pathway for refugees and those in desperate need of resettlement in accordance with the UN Global Compact on Refugees (GCR) agenda- Collaborate with a team of 16 students to write a 100-page long policy report, presented to an expert evaluator

- Coordinated donation distribution and essential services delivery during the COVID emergency, reaching COVID-affected individuals around Thailand and over 30 vulnerable communities throughout Bangkok, aligned with UNDP’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)- Liaised regularly and developed a network coalition of relevant stakeholders and donors under a fundraising campaign that raised over $50,000- Oversaw project implementation and distribution database system, budget, and funding; facilitated administrative support by coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and developing volunteer training material - Responded to internal and external inquiries over the phone and email, including the emergency hotline services that received more than 100 messages and calls per day- Translated, edited articles and press releases, and designed fundraising posters to reach foreign communities - Represented the organization in an online consultation on the draft of the new UNDP Country Program for Thailand 2022-2026- Managed social media account and developed content for Facebook pages with over 4,000 followers and an Instagram profile

- Taught English and inspired more than 60 kindergarten and elementary school students from 4th-6th grade many of whom live in a socially deprived area.- Created a safe atmosphere and strong classroom management to promote positive learning outcomes. Initiated projects outside the classroom to enhance new learning experiences for students such as career talk- Collaborated with teachers from 2 different schools to develop curriculum and activities with a long-term goal of helping underprivileged children to rise above poverty and achieve a rewarding career- Helped villagers hold local product selling events and taught a group of 50 local villagers conversational skills

- Advocated to make poverty a focus of US foreign policy by contacting members of Congress to discuss and encourage them to pass a bill on poverty-reduction- Wrote a weekly report and streamlined this information for social media to mobilize the public

Cooperated with other international student association and helped plan events like meet and greet and fundraising, to make Thai communities feel comfortable during their time at UW

- Planned social events including auctions, alumni weekend, and career advising events to promote networking opportunities- Managed and ran the chapter’s social media accounts primarily the Instagram account with more than 2,000 followers
