- Being as the gateway of all communications between phpFox and clients. - Responsible for making clients satisfied with products and services by providing fast support service, help clients solve their problems in time manner.- Work direclty with clients (almost from US and Europe) for customization projects to get and clarify requirements, consult solutions, work on estimation with Technical Board, give project proposal and close deal.- Do services such as server setup and installation, site performance optimization, cloud deployment with scalability, high availability and failover- Manage phpFox Hosting service- Manage licenses and products- Do Marketing stuffs such as write blogs, send newsletters, offer promotions. - Deal with clients to solve problems in communication- Collect and send client's feedback to Development team for product issues and suggestions. - Define, execute and monitor objectives of Customer Support team- Schedule works for team members- Have training plan for team members- Standardize Support processes- Report works to Operation Director

- Do assigned tasks of US projects using Java with Spring and Hibernate frameworks- Optimize performance in both web application and databases.
