Take charge of data processing and participating in data analysis for customer experience evaluation and customer segmentation: - Lead data team of 5 members focus on customer service problems (churn, customer lifetime value, customer experience management, ...)- Utilized PySpark/Pandas to process and analyze big data.- Successfully interpreted data to identify key metrics and draw conclusions. - Proposed solutions to improve system efficiencies.- Construct and deliver a customer retention strategy.- Visualize data and build reports with Matplotlib, Seaborn, Excel. - Data story telling skill to explain and persuade customer

Take charge of data processing and participating in data analysis for customer experience evaluation and customer segmentation:- Write Kafka prod/cons to collect, reconstruct data from external to Kafka topics.- Develop and tuning Spark Scala job applications daily/weekly/monthly for performing data cleansing, data enrichment, data aggregation, de-normalization and data preparation needed for Data Scientist/Data Analyst.- Design, configure, schedule and monitor job with Apache Airflow clusters and DAGs- Analyze, research domain knowledge and apply machine learning model to collect insight and interpreting scientific big data with PySpark/Pandas.

- Participate in design architect & build the database (PostgreSQL, MySQL).- Create API with Django Rest Framework for frontend.- Design architect & build a simple data pipeline, developing solutions within AWS (EC2, RDS, Glue, Data Pipeline, etc...)- Build an IoT system on Azure using IoT Hub, Streaming Analytics, Azure Storage...- Connect Machine learning model - backend within GCP (Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage).
