DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Responsibility area: Middle of Thailand and Myanmar)- Achieve/Exceed Sales quota for the territory: Drive towards achieving and exceeding quarterly sales quotas by creating, managing and winning sales opportunities, working jointly with appropriate members of the sales team (SEs/ASMs/Account Managers/BDMs/Academia etc.) - Maintain high customer contact activity: Maximise time spent working with customers. Develop and execute territory business plan. Actively participate in Sales & Marketing events, Onsite Events and trade shows when required. Explore new business potential at customer accounts by finding referrals and expanding contact base. - Be an active member of the Sales team: Participate actively in Sales meetings and events. Have a motivational attitude with colleagues. Express individual thoughts openly and objectively. Provide quality feedback on Company issues. - Provide regular updates: Produce visit reports, provide metric information and update opportunities within the CRM system on a weekly basis. - Sell all the product range: Develop required skills to sell the complete product range. Identify areas of training required. Provide feedback about competition. Identify new products required and provide feedback.

• Develop & implement effective sales action programs with the Field Sales Team• Responsible for achieving sales objectives and targets for a designated territory• Develop existing customer relationships & identify /nurture new ones• Handle phone inquiries and follow-up with customers on sales activities• Provide accurate and prompt quotation to all inquiries

Responsibilities- Provide excellent technical support and conduct professional technical training on NIproducts- Handle product demonstration and promote virtual instrumentation to customers- Assist in the technical sales consultation and build conceptual prototypes- Setup and prepare for NI seminars and tradeshows
