Employment Relationships Deregulation Act (wet DBA): This act is intended to give self-employed professionals and their clients clarity on the working relationship they enter into.As Advisor Employment Relationships Deregulation Act one of my deliverables was to write a report regarding a risk inventory concerning the current population of self-employed persons within the local government of Utrecht in relation to the DBA. Interviewing 100 managers, giving presentations to various management teams, assessing 300 freelance files, designing a traffic light model concering risks and writing an advisory report (including gidelines).
