In de rol van liaison MedMij (8 uur per week) treed ik op als behartiger van de belangen van VZVZ, Nictiz en Stichting MedMij bij de uitwerking van de plannen door VWS in het kader van de aanbestedingsprocedure voor PGO-leveranciers.

Als projectleider Medicatieoverdracht voor de Medisch Specialistische Zorg (MSZ), waar de koepels FMS, NFU, NVZ, NVZA en ZKN onder vallen, stuur ik ism de duo projectleider, de projectorganisatie van de sector MSZ aan en ben ik de verbindende schakel tussen de sector MSZ en het landelijke programma Medicatieoverdracht. Ik richt me voornamelijk op de financiële randvoorwaarden, stimuleringsregeling implementatie zorginstellingen en leveranciers voorbereiden brede uitrol binnen de sector MSZ.

Als programmamanagerVIPP 5 vanuit de Nederlandse Federatie van Universitaire medische centra (NFU) geef ik leiding aan een team wat de academische ziekenhuizen ondersteund bij het behalen van de drie VIPP 5 doelen: 1. De instelling kan digitaal gegevens uitwisselen naar een PGO. 2. De instelling kan informatie uitwisselen naar een PGO en patiënt kan informatie terugzenden richting instelling vanuit PGO.3. De instelling kan digitaal informatie uitwisselen met andere instellingen voor medisch specialistische zorg.

Since the start (January 2016) I am responsible for the BK2020 programme. This programme replaces the entire (medical) infrastructure and optimises the administrative and logistical process for the Dutch breast cancer screening programme. This screening programme is the largest in the world with almost 1,000 employees and an annual screening of 1.2 million women a year. As a program manager my tasks are:• In 2017 responsible for European tender to replace all 78 mammographs within the Dutch breast cancer screening program.• In 2017 responsible for European tender to replace the image management system within the Dutch breast cancer screening program.• Responsible for optimisation and harmonisation of all processes within the Dutch breast cancer screening program.• Responsible for development and implementation of new client information / workflow system within the Dutch breast cancer screening program.• Responsible for the implementation of all medical devices, the image management system, the data migration of 28 million images and the education of more than 900 employees.
