• Maintenance of all passive Infrastructures of VIOM (Q&M) Infra Towers. Scheduling for Preventive Maintenance Plan for all utilities either on calendar or on hourly basis and ensuring compliance from field, and Analysis of the KPIs and SLAs of the Infrastructure. Execution of preventive maintenance of infrastructure with help of vendors of Infra under AMC/CAMC for ensuring timely servicing & maintenance. • Analysis of all Power related alarms and equipment failures and take corrective maintenance to prevent reoccurrences. • Tracking of DG hours and scheduling their health checks plan for B,C & D checks and also planning of major overhauls to reconditioning of engine.• Adopting healthy maintenance and thereby reducing breakdowns and increasing the network reliability.• Surprise checks in the field and cross checking details given in log books• Co-ordination with Customer for their feedback, and their improvement plans and adopting the same after due approval from Hub/corporate. • Maintaining MIS records duly validated by management• Maintaining sites records and checking for P&F & IP fee Billing compliance .• Conducting training for new Field Engineers and refresher training to old Field Engineers on utilities. Also identifying training needs. • Setting KRAs & KPI to all subordinates and guidance to meet them to meet desired goal. • Supervision of O&M Vendors ( AMC/CAMC) whilst carrying out works through subordinates/site engineers with in Maintenance Region.• Reconciliation of Vendor & Operators Bills and obtain Sign-off for the same.• Reconciliation of Operators P&F Bills and obtain Sign-off for the same• Reconciliation of Operators Outage and obtain Sign-off for the same• Tracking of AOP Budget and distribution for the same as per priority based on HO/ Crpt Guidelines. • Highly Customer Interaction for resolution of their escalation within SLA.• Weekly / Monthly reviews &
