We are continuously evolving, pioneering new technologies and reinventing existing ones, stretching ourselves to be better in everything we do.As part of the Talent Aquisition team for GKN's Engines business I am responsible for identifying and recruiting passive candidates in Engineering, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, EHS, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. I collaborate with hiring managers and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to establish a search strategy, recruit and screen qualified candidates, and utilize the Applicant Tracking System to move candidates through the pipeline.
