I am an undergraduate from UW-Oshkosh majoring in Psychology and minor in Social Justice with an emphasis in Prejudice and Discrimination, graduated in May 2017. My strengths are a developer, achiever, restorative, empathy, and belief that have guided me to become an ambitious and open-minded individual I am today. My passion is working with children, especially in areas of a child’s health and education. I’m currently working as a Page at the Oshkosh Public Library. This pass summer I had an amazing opportunity to go abroad for the first time, where I volunteer to teach English to Japanese students through the USA Summer Camp program. I enjoyed actively engaging in camp activities, lesson plans, and events to overcome language barriers so the students could practice and improve in their English. Coming back home from this great experience has made me become more open-minded, challenge, and driven towards what the future holds for me.
