The last five years I have learned the commercial real estate business while maintaining my passion of continuing to provide a health and wellness program for schools across the country. Founded Telos Schools, LLC; Health-E-tips, Inc and the JAM School Program; and ran a nonprofit alongside these businesses. I have made my life's mission to help people where and when I can: * Started annual subscription revenue business for corporate America and attracted over 100 small to large Fortune 500 clients* Created JAM School Program as Health-E-tips, Inc.'s CSR initiative* Took local school program to national success and built an audience of over 13 million across every state and 25 countries* Created America's first-ever National fitness break that grew to 1.7 million participants in year 3 through a creative national state competition* School program is featured on countless websites and TV segments, including First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move initiative, and in national research under the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Harvard School of Public Health and more* At Hallmark Cards, Inc., led company to implement new manufacturing process that saved millions of dollars, rewrote corporate policies and procedures to streamline processes and piloted the first "team concept" * At PwC, worked both audit and tax departments, identified a client embezzling and found error in state tax code.
