Responsible for candidate sourcing and recruiting activities including advising, talent market expertise, and strategic talent pipelining, utilizing best practice processes, including: search intake, research, identification, qualification, assessment, interviewing, and offer negotiation with a primary focus on difficult-to-fill Cyber roles and then Operation roles including IT and Business Development. Work with all levels of management, including Directors and VP’s, to build relationships with key senior stakeholders to define current and future hiring needs, and provide counsel regarding strategic talent intel, competitor activity, and opportunistic hiring, and to understand job and needs requirements, and to enhance the quality of hiring decisions. Conduct interviews of prospective employees to evaluate factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral, and refer applicants to specific job openings. Prepares ratings on applicants, provides applicants with information on the company,, extends formal job offers, and works with management and HR to negotiate with candidates to successfully complete the hiring and onboarding process. Experience working without appreciable direction and able to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Serve as consultant to management to effect long-lasting decisions and heavily influence the future course of the talent organization, on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives, leveraging data to drive process improvements to achieve overall business objectives.
