• Support clinical applications and clinical data warehouses used by physicians, nurses, clinicians, etc. at BC Cancer, BC Children’s Hospital, BC Women’s Hospital• Handle incidents and requests related to in-charged clinical systems (CAIS, TransDD, Chart-tracking system) in ServiceNow• Perform data retrieval request from clinical data warehouses using SQL Server Management Studio• Responsible for user account provisioning and user access management• Assist with analysis of database performance by measuring and documenting performance metrics, measuring and projecting volumes and response times• Assist with the implementation of clinical applications by performing duties such as building application initialization files, executing test plans, developing application documentation, developing user training support, verifying that programs are functional and consistent with user requirements.

IT Audit Experience• Develop an understanding of different IT environments dealing with sensitiveinformation• Develop a solid foundation of common IT governance and control industryframeworks (ISO 27001)• Examine IT general controls (including change management, user accessmanagement, incident handling process) to determine systems' vulnerabilities• Document and report deficiencies in defending cyberthreats• Assist Senior IT Auditor in developing remediation strategies to ensure bestpractices and security standards for clientsCybersecurity Experience• Assist Senior IT Risk Specialist in performing 3rd party risk assessment• Assist Senior IT Risk Specialist in conducting information classification projects
