Our team of cybersecurity technologists and innovators are committed to developing best-in-class technology to identify and block phishing, spear phishing, ransomware, and malware.• Utilize SIEM and other internal tools to develop and hold expertise on emerging cyber threats and trends (spambot, phishing, malware, etc.)• Investigate threats by merging information gathered from open source and classified sources• Analyze data for patterns and actionable information to help refine detection and response efforts• Manage, intercept and neutralize ongoing attacks

• Support clinical applications and clinical data warehouses used by physicians, nurses, clinicians, etc. at BC Cancer, BC Children’s Hospital, BC Women’s Hospital• Handle incidents and requests related to in-charged clinical systems (CAIS, TransDD, Chart-tracking system) in ServiceNow• Perform data retrieval request from clinical data warehouses using SQL Server Management Studio• Responsible for user account provisioning and user access management• Assist with analysis of database performance by measuring and documenting performance metrics, measuring and projecting volumes and response times• Assist with the implementation of clinical applications by performing duties such as building application initialization files, executing test plans, developing application documentation, developing user training support, verifying that programs are functional and consistent with user requirements.
