By April 2024, I will have been in international business for 20 years. Having entered the LED Lights industry in 2008, I have grown to deeply appreciate and continually love this field.My primary focus is on providing practical solutions to our customers, and I consider helping them secure projects or tackle challenges as my crowning achievements. A particularly memorable experience was assisting a small German trader with just 1-2 employees secure a German Airport lighting renovation project. I guided the project from inception to completion, handling everything from offering solutions, providing quotations, negotiating with the client, to refining the proposal. It was a long and arduous journey for both me and my customer. Sure, at the same time, I have grown a lot.After graduation, I joined a Taiwan-owned factory, where I learned the ropes as a fledgling salesman from my seasoned mentor. He taught me that to be a competent salesman, one must be responsible, patient, and professional. Only with these qualities could I effectively serve our customers and solve their problems.
