- Setup a new M.I.C.E Division and fully in charge of turnover and profit of the company.- Recruit staff and develop staff career development.- Key account to approach potential customers and receive customers’ demands briefing.- Build and choose marketing channels to get the most viral effect for the concepts and programs.- Develop concepts and ideas for corporate Year-End-Party, Teambuilding.- Project Management to coordinate personnel, logistics, suppliers, celebrity talents (Models, MCs, Singers, Actors, Entertainers, DJ, Dancers) to carry out the project from the beginning to the end, according to clients' requirements.- Service completion report and ensure projects' liquidity.- Orgarnize lesson learnt for division staff and other divisions and General Director for upcoming events.

- Key account to approach potential clients and receive breifings.- Develop concept, key visual, game proposals tailored to every customers’ demands with detailed presentation.- Calculate costs and make quotations and be a decision-maker for quotations.- Advise, persuade clients.- Arrange logistics: transportation, accommodation, F&B, uniform, etc.- Lead and coordinate program flow on site.- Facilitate lessons learnt meeting.- Develop master plan annually for the sales team.- Exploit and come up with ideas for the future concept products.
