Quick commerce - Grocery delivery Startup backed by Venturra, GFC, Sequioa & Saison Capital- Provide financial planning and cash burn forecast for funding activities- Work along with other functions (Purchasing, Operations, Commercial, Tech) to build-up and optimize operational process/SOP- Actively monitor actual performance, highlight any difference between actual & budget to reflect the latest assumption changes in commercial results- Consult with Category Management and Purchasing teams to develop suitable pricing strategies- Perform margin and pricing analysis to highlight risk/opportunity to support Commercial team facilitating decision making- Provide analysis of Category Performance (Daily orders, GMV, direct discount, gross margin, spoilage, etc.)- Monitor/follow assortment availability/depth- Lead in (a lot of) ad-hoc projects to support business growth & optimization

- Supervise and monitor the activities of revenue reporting/budgeting/forecasting by client, andensure accurate accounting substantiated by proper supporting documents- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization, andsupport business leads when needed (financial analysis, dashboard, pitch process…)- Manage and monitor client profitability, KPI tracking and reports monthly- Monitor cash flow and other financial transactions at client level- Manage Trade discount collection and return.- Conduct business performance review and financial analysis and prepare business plans.- Work closely with Business partners to build client revenue budgets of the company and meet allbudget and KPI targets in respect to the Annual Plans

- Sales and discount budget control/analysis- Prepare and monitor monthly/quarterly/annual commercial plan.- Prepare and drive insights for weekly sales meeting dashboard.- Contract performance analysis (contract with Distributors/Wholesalers and with Retailers) and debottleneck or escalate issues for timely resolution.- Work closely and timely with Trade Marketing/Route to Market to deploy new program/strategy/direction.- Monitor weekly/monthly stock availability (via sales forecast & coordination with Supply Planning)- Set KPI for Sales team.

- Participate in a new billing software's deployment as a tester by giving feedback and user's experiences.- Develop and set up management and monitoring tools, procedures and verify their proper use.- Assess, execute and improve policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies.- Prepare and monitor annual budgets.- Provide CAPEX Budget.- Establish and analyze monthly commercial and quarterly operating reports.- Prepare profit and loss accounts for the supervisory authorities.- Manage Cash-flow.- Support month-end and year-end close process.- Research technical accounting issues for compliance.- Monitor and analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable.
