He held diversified management roles and acquired proven records in driving big scope of businesses including heading various Sales & Distribution, Digital and Platforms management, Governance and Controls, Projects management. Phuc is now Co-Chairman of Digital and Platform Committee (Techcombank and The Insurer). Co-Chairman of Underwriting Committee (Techcombank and The Insurer). As the Head of Life and Non-Life Insurance Business Analysis (BA) Team, Phuc involves in steering business strategy, optimizing efficiency, and driving enhancements across various functions, including Sales and Operational Process Design, Customer Journey, Platforms Management, Risks and Distribution Quality Management, Customer Experience, and the Training and Coaching framework, and oversight the daily INS business operations. Prior to current role, Phuc worked for HSBC Bank as Country Head of Sales for Personal Lending & Third Party Sales channel, looking after sales & distribution across the Vietnam for Personal Loan product, and Partnership Distribution for Credit Card product.
