- Manage all building operations and communicate with market support to ensure highest level of member satisfaction- Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications.- Gather data on members’ business objectives and identify by which way Xóm could help members achieve their objectives- Explain Xóm policies and procedures to members; Resolve member complaints

- Leads tours for multinational clients, inbound and outbound.- Designs and proposes company trip programs ( Tours, itinerary, team-building games, gala dinners programs) for clients such as: Map Pacific, Amway, Chotot.vn…)

- Courtesy calls for clients, meets and greets agents on FAM trips as policy - Interact/ Deal with difficult or dissatisfied clients- Do tour escorts for important or big groups (MICES) and takes best care of VIP guests. - Inspect, collect information, makes assessments/reports for suppliers and creates database of services. Randomly and annually review for all suppliers (Hotel, Restaurant, Guides…) to maintain the quality of services.

- Consults and makes quotations for land tour to Korea for clients.- Collects and arranges clients' personal documents to process Korean travel visa.- Keeps in touch with clients during their trip to solve problems on spot
