RECRUITMENT:- Be responsibility to recruit and deliver number of requested headcount from clients.- Job posting, sorting, screening and delivering candidates.- Setting up interview following the process of clients.- Consulting & giving HR solutions to clients.- Running projects in many industries: Warehouse logistic, retails, manufacturing, F&B, marketing, e-commerce,....- Internal recruitment support.PROJECT OPERATION MANAGEMENT:- In charging of temp projects in the industries of retails, e-commerce, warehouse, logistics.- Daily data reporting & timesheet management.- Be responsibility to manage groups of employee following each projects.- Planning up and scheduling to ensure daily fill rate.- Ensure employees data management full collected before the payroll.- Tracking up timesheet of attendance (40-80 Headcounts per day) & solving problems of missing following the process (if have).- Giving solution to clients due to employees problems at the site.- Market research to propose basic salary, 13th salary, project bonus, allowance,... to provide to employees- Employees documents management.- Internal C&B support: Searching tax code, preparing contract.- Building up sources & client satisfaction.
