As the Chairman of BDSC Management Consulting Corporation, I lead a team of seasoned consultants who provide strategic and operational solutions to clients across various industries in Vietnam. With over 17 years of experience in this role, I have successfully delivered multiple projects that enhanced the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of our clients' businesses.In addition to my leadership position at BDSC, I also serve as an Independent Director/Non-Executive Director on the boards of PNJ, SRF and PDR, Tay Ho. In these roles, I leverage my expertise in corporate governance, internal audit, and management to ensure the compliance, transparency, and accountability of these organizations.
