Mission:1. Management responsibilities at Shasu:-Establish annual business strategies, sales targets, and promotional plans for Shasu's F&B and Franchise sectors-Develop sales and affiliate policies for partners-Organize seminars and workshops to attract potential customers in need of business consultations.-Complete sales aids and oversee, monitor, and control sales activities.-Collaborate with other Shasu brands and teams to identify new customers.2. F&B Project Management:-Gather customer information and assess their needs through surveys. Analyze SWOT and propose solutions to address customer requirements.-Arrange meetings and provide consultation to both individual and corporate customers interested in establishing new F&B business models, restructuring business strategies, and creating franchise policies, based on survey results.-Recruit experienced experts suitable for the project.-Prepare proposals for customers.-Assign tasks to team experts and manage project tasks to meet specific milestones.-Execute the plan, including: +Proposing business models, brand USPs, and marketing strategies, as well as product flagship strategies. +Selecting and evaluating locations for new restaurants. +Designing restaurant layouts and 3D concepts. +Creating menus and recipes. +Proposing operational processes, sales strategies, OPEX, customer retention, TA, TC KPIs, and other KPIs for the Operation team. +Training staff in operations, as well as the chef and bar teams. +Documenting the training process via video recordings. +Organizing soft and grand opening events. +Addressing operational, menu, customer care, and marketing issues within 3 months, in accordance with Shasu's Guarantee policies. +Finalizing the restaurant's business model, brand USP, operational procedures, payment and financial policies, and staff structure (including the number of staff in each shift). +Proposing franchise policies if deemed necessary.
