As a Warranty Admin, by technical knowledge of Porsche repair processes:- Repair documentation and warranty claim submission to headquarters in compliance with international Porsche warranty standards.- Management of Warranty & Goodwill repair approval processes in close cooperation with regional Porsche subsidiary.- Administration and monitoring of manufacturers Workshop and Recall Campaigns.- Conduction of internal warranty audits and trainings.- Pre-owned Warranty management and sales.- Analyzes claims denied by the manufacture/supplier and if possible, resubmits in a timely manner.- Serves as a liaison between Service Manager, Service Advisors, Parts department and technicians.
