As the Founder and Game Master at Level Up Quest, I lead the charge in turning tax training into an engaging, gamified experience for accounting firms. I design and oversee interactive training programs that make complex tax concepts fun and approachable. My role is all about crafting weekly quests (training sessions), creating challenges, and building an active community where learners can level up their skills.From storytelling to visual aids, I incorporate innovative teaching methods that empower teams to handle higher-level client work, all while earning IRS CE credits. Whether designing quests or managing leaderboards, my goal is to make tax education feel more like a quest and less like a chore.
