In charge of Microsoft Licensing business included OLP, CSP, OEM (12M$ revenue, since Oct. 2017) and Logitech video conference business (1M$ forecast for 2019, since Aug. 2018) for whole country market with main duties: Business planning and strategy: Goal setting and action plan to archive monthly, quarterly; design selling programs to motivate sales team and push sell to hit target; Deliver presentations, training to reseller partners, internal team, customers on managed products; do training for reseller partner and internal sales team; Vendor relationship: main contact windows with vendor to make sure everything align with company and vendor expectation; mapping internal team with vendor sales team to collaborate and fulfill deal to customer. Partner relationship: I work closely with Top SI, software licensing partners and Local king partners. Business operation: daily problem solving to make sure business is running smoothly to meet company target. Managing pricing and profit control to satisfy company target.
