With a bachelor's degree in information system from the University of Information Technology, I'm passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for software projects, as well as ensuring system functionality and reliability.In my time as a Product Owner at VNG, I managed product backlogs, worked closely with stakeholders, and successfully suggested new features that improved conversion rates (CVR) and boosted user acquisition. Previously, I worked as a business analyst at Viettel Solutions Corporation and FPT Software, where I collaborated with technical teams to create comprehensive specification documents, wireframes, prototypes, and test cases for various systems. I also performed quality assurance tasks, such as testing, troubleshooting, and reporting issues.
