Systems Administrator
Current• Implement and manage Windows server system with Domain Controllers, Additional Domain Controllers, E-mail Servers, File Servers, Print Servers, check and resolve problems on systems with event logs or other available methods.• Set-up client workspaces, ensuring that all hardware and software operates optimally prior to new client’s first working day.• Implement and manage Linux servers such as Ubuntu, CentOS• Manage and provide hardware, software, virtual server (Hyper-V) support for any purposes such as test environment.• Manage, with security in mind, user accounts and permissions for accessing email, domains, shared folders and internal websites.• Manage network system to ensure good performance and stability for any machines in the organization.• Manage security system of IT, such as antivirus and firewall.• Search for, and provide reports on, better software and hardware solutions.• Propose new solution for implement system and network for organization.• Backup data and system state of any server for prevent data corruption.• Other jobs: check client’s PCs, solve client PC issues, and install software on client PC.• Support Mac OSX and Windows users.• Perform a complete inventory of all company software and hardware• Learn other Microsoft products such as Microsoft CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, etc• Coach client’s on software tools [Microsoft Office, Other Application]
