• Work closely with marketing managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and turn data into valuable insights
• Design and build self-served MicroStrategy reporting dashboard for the marketing analytical team and provide end user documentation and training.

• Utilize MicroStrategy, SQL, Perl, Shell scripts and Excel to extract Yahoo! customer behavioral data for analysis follows with actionable recommendations and valuable findings.
• Automate recurring analytical reports using Perl and Shell scripts to perform data extraction and utilize Excel VBA to produce complex graphical presentation.

• Software Engineer III Develop Server-side Java and Perl application.
• Implement a scheduler with load balancing capability using TIBCO Hawk and RV to manage multiple Linux clusters with 100+ machines.
• Develop and maintain an in-house data loading java application to insert and update records to a terabyte Oracle database with very well-toned SQL queries.
