• National role to perform Afrox customer installation audits in South Africa (all provinces) and Eswatini (Swaziland).• Conduct audits and prepare audit reports (IMS, project manager files) • Maintain compliance at Afrox internal and external sites.• Log new CARs (corrective action requests) on Audit Manager system.• Follow up and ensure closure on CARs.• Logging and closure of Nonconformity reports.• Technical and SHEQ support for the engineering department.- Introduced issuing of certificate of recognition to best performers in compliance.ACHIEVEMENTS- Improved Quality: Quality audits on project files presented an opportunity to engage with project coordinators & that boosted their morale of project coordinators & quality of content on project files improved. - Sustainability: I introduced uploading project files on shared drive for continuous improvement; online auditing; ease of access & retain company data.
