Mechanical Engineer
CurrentExperienced on many multifamily buildings and clubhouses throughout the United States with a variety of different codes and energy requirements. Other work has been for assisted living facilities, townhomes, small commercial kitchens, high rise apartments, and hotels. These projects have incorporated but are not fully inclusive the following HVAC systems: split system air conditioner and heat pumps, packaged terminal units, mini-split air conditioners and heat pumps, exhaust and ventilation fans, dedicated outside air systems, rooftop units, VVT systems, ventilation controls, dehumidifiers, electric/gas fan-forced heaters, radiant heaters, and variable refrigerant flow systems. A large focus on the projects, especially in Florida, is the humidity control aspect as to minimize moisture damage to buildings, and ensuring designs balance between cost, ease of installation, safe, and being code compliant.
