CurrentSupport the President & CEO with executing the Board of Directors meetings by drafting and ensuring documentation packages for various Board committees are prepared, uploaded, and distributed utilizing BoardEffect. Collaborate with the Senior Vice President to identify areas in need of improvement and to establish reliable action plans accordingly in benefit of employee and resident experience. Coordinate diversity-related planning and responsibilities specific to Ingleside’s strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives that include surveying employee satisfaction, collecting feedback, and creating the organization’s DEI roadmap tool. Develop job descriptions and competencies for all departments in the organization, ensuring clarity and consistency across all roles. Facilitate committee member recruiting process by conducting preliminary screening, processing, and examination of potential applicants, and overseeing and ensuring compliance with onboarding guidelines. Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Canva Design platforms to develop employee benefits handbooks, flyers, surveys, and logos for employee education and communications.
