1.Managing the technical engineering function of the project including technical queries, inspections and interpretation of design deliverables2.Define project scope/goals and deliverables providing engineering/technical support to the Incycle team3.Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion4.Interface and be involved with other project functions such as quality, commercial, construction and project controls5.Understand and deliver upon required project outcomes in terms of technical specifications, budget, safety, quality and program6.Preparation of tender documentation, including project management plans, methodologies, quality and safety documentation7.Overseeing work performed by contractors and reporting on variations8.Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected and advising senior management on matters requiring escalation.9.Maintain compliance regulations, offer suggestions to improve efficiencies, and general administrative duties
