ACECOOK IS THE MARKET LEADER IN INSTANT NOODLES INDUSTRY(*) Assigned Brand: + Modern Cup - Leader In Cup Category+ Caykay Cup - Leader In Spicy Cup Sub-Segment+ Zeppin Cup - Japanese Cup(*) Key Responsibilities:- Develop a marketing strategy in line with the company's vision, strategy and goals.- Develop and implement the assigned brands' Annual Brand Plan/ IMC plan to achieve the set sales and market share targets.- Identify advertising goals, propose appropriate media, and allocate resources for effective, economical, and suitable advertising campaigns to target consumers.- Work closely with related departments to make sure marketing activities are consistent with other activities of the company and in line with the overall goals of the company.- Plan, monitor, and control the implementation process of marketing programs: ATL (Digital media, OOH,..), BTL (Sampling, Activation, Event, Sponsor,...) - Develop big ideas, brief, monitor and supervise key asset production (Key Visual, iTVC/TVC,..) and BTL activities (POSM, booth design,...)- Track sales daily and monthly reports to zoom into brand performance. - Track Budget to ensure that the budget is used reasonably and effectively.- Follow up and prepare reports of each program/campaign after finishing: evaluate and learn key points to propose for the next one.
