1. I worked in the Seagate team for 5 years, where I developed test scripts (Python programs) for repairing HDD and SSD drives. I performed testing and debugging of Python programs and had the opportunity to work in a cross-cultural environment with partners in Singapore, the United States, and Hong Kong.2. Later, I joined the HGST team, where I leveraged my Data Analyst skills to analyze production data. My role involved analyzing production data to identify solutions for increasing yield and reducing test time. I used data analysis techniques and tools to uncover potential areas for improvement in the production process and proposed measures to optimize performance. Additionally, I built predictive models and conducted analysis to forecast quality and production performance.In addition to these responsibilities, I also collected weekly production data from the shopfloor system. I analyzed top error codes and yield to identify patterns and trends. By conducting in-depth analysis, I was able to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve production efficiency. This included suggesting process modifications, identifying root causes of issues, and proposing solutions for reducing errors and improving overall yield.My experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting production data has given me a strong foundation in understanding manufacturing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. I am adept at utilizing data analysis techniques to uncover actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
