Payable Accountant● Evaluate Bidding document and review purchase agreements, especially International Trade Contracts; Prepare required Documents for LC opening; Track status of Shipments, pay import duties and customs declaration fees to release Goods (if any)● Record and reclassify assets and construction in progress into correct category, allocate depreciation of fixed assets, amortization of small tools, inventory● Recognize costs, follow up advance and payable accounts, identify accruals and prepayments● Plan cash flow and schedule appropriate paymentReceivable Accountant● Track progress of projects, issue VAT invoice and recognize Revenue● Determine AR ages and record an allowance/a reverse for doubtful debts● Prepare AR ratio analysis to introduce solutions of handling important debts.Treasury● Work with banks to get line of credits to raise finance for property investment and new projects (Bank guarantees, LC, letter of intents, loans) and follow up due date● Hedge currency risk● Perform payment process via banks system● Reconcile daily bank accounts and ensure accounts are up to date.
