• Establish goals, objectives and tactics to achieve these for Vietnam Social team. • Manage new and ongoing insights/social media research projects including resourcing and budgeting.• Demonstrate high proficiency in complex research projects and ensure quality control across the team• Managing team members’ performance and appraisals process• Lead team to improve quality of report output via the implementation of new initiatives and programs.• Allocate team resources and assign teams to new accounts.• Act as SM2 and social media expert in support of team objectives and goals.• Develop training materials and procedures for onboarding of new team members.• Help train and oversee analysts and interns in order to assist in analyses and data gathering. • Recruit, hire and train new Analysts and Associates as required.• Monthly manage team performance against objectives and provide tracking report.• Help to identify novel and cutting edge, relevant applications and technologies for social media measurement and bring those applications to the forefront for consideration of their fit within our company’s measurement repertoire.
