• Manage a big team (over 40 staff)• Receive job requirements from clients and assign them to team members.• Search job boards, the web, and various other recruitment platforms to locate potential candidates for open job orders.• Perform QA of sourced resumes before introducing them to the senior recruitment team.• Explain and clarify technical terms to team members when necessary

• Search for candidate’s information on the Internet that using all job boards such as Dice, Monster, Google, or Linkedin, etc.• Input candidate’s information into database• Check and make sure all information of candidate is correct• Make daily report after completing workload.

• Read through the HBLs and input the required information to the TTS web-based application.• Apply all side instructions found in emails for any further modifications• Modify the HBL which needs to be amended, basing on the information provided by clients.• Manifest the HBL before saving it into the TTS system• Report to Sup/QA for any XML with problems
