Our major customers: CALVIN KLEIN, TOMMY HILFIGER, TRIUMPH, LASCANA ...https://www.usal.vn/-Lead a strong accounting & finance team of 4 people with technology, automatic procedures, effective delegation.Accounting, tax & internal control: -Manage all accounting records/functions, financial statement, tax report, tax finalization, financial reporting package for group. -Build and advise BOD an effective tax plan, which is aligned with company’s strategies and mitigate tax risks, especially in transfer pricing, tax exemption & customs duty.-Collaborate with other managers to establish and improve internal SOP, internal control.Costing & Finance: -Perform annual budget, forecasting, monitor cash flow and variance analysis. -Analyze production cost, material consumption, waste material, pricing, cost-saving plan to improve profitability and operation.-Support in identifying cost-saving opportunities with different departments, setting clear goals and objectives, implementing efficiency measures.-Support management including providing financial analysis for business decision making, ensure compliance of company activities with internal policy and legal regulations. -Lead for all inventory management (stock count, inventory & consumption reports...).Key achievement:* Be promoted to Chief Accountant from General Accountant Supervisor within 9 months.* Successful implemented customs code- inventory code module set up project on ERP, minimized customs fine and saved 1 week of working time requirement for converting. * Reduced VND 600M. of fine in Tax examination & 10B. of fine in Customs inspection.
