- Design financial products (bonds, time deposit, certificate deposit)- Sell financial products to clients to raise fund for operations and maintain liquidity.- Contact to third parties and Clients- Implement regulations from the Central bank of Vietnam regarding to mobilizing funds.- Compose internal product processes and regulations complying with the law

- Communicate with all sales managers to follow the assigned tasks- Follow up and report weekly and monthly about sales trends, headcount and reports- Monitor all regions’ performance and make reports- Monitor and schedule training plans for all sales force.- Work with HR to promote, demote employees and process on board for new members. - Work with sales analyst on sales performance- Work with other departments to process and propose new products for sales channel

- Answer customers' queries from online channels (eBay, Amazon, Yes4All website) in USA- Monitor orders and print out shipping labels daily- Make and renovate customer service procedures, make guideline and train new staff- Make strategic action plan for the team and instruction other members to follow it- Monitor sales, find out the problem and quickly have solutions when sales declines
