Product release enabled online self-service features & reduced call volumes and physical member trips to ATM and branches by 4% annually.

Drove deprecation of legacy content systems and spun up a new enterprise content management (ECM) service program while leading the successful execution of a web server decommission (a second mini-project part of ECM)

Led cross functional team to carry out two strategic initiatives from the office of CTO: 1) established a rigorous RFP process to select tier 1 technology vendors and 2) executed on company wide events to foster tech innovation and synergy among partnering companies.

Led Scrum team to design and create system reports for revenue forecasts and quotas for all US Sales Operations teams and territories under Microsoft Dynamics commercial products.

Drove the planning and execution for Microsoft applications releases and created several Windows desktop applications including Microsoft “Windows Apportal", Inviso’s biggest revenue generator in the BI department in 2014.
