• Manage all sales activities within Vietnam for the products from Vietnam and Thailand factories.• Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.• Monitor competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, etc. • Communicate with customers through regular visits, telephone call, etc to understand customer requirements and present appropriately in order to make a sale. • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. • Attend all assigned trade shows to present products with new potential customers as well as stay in connection with existing customers.• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses.

• Cold call & arrange meeting for potential customers to prospect new orders• Visit & develop relationship with new & existing customers.• Respond to enquiry, technical advice on proper products to meet customer’s demands.• Prepare quotation & contract for specific customers.• Promote the business growth & profitability.

• Receive, calculate cost for new development request from Sales/Customer Services/Regional Offices. • Source new/alternative materials and propose alternative production modes/contractors to reduce production cost.• Inspect & ensure good quality of samples before submission to Customers/Regions.• Provide technical support to achieve global quality consistency.• Promote the business growth & profitability.
