MB Young Talent 2023Data Division- Survey various operational departments to clarify business requirements and identify necessary data sources for regular and ad-hoc reporting needs.-Locate data sources, map business and data logic for reporting.- Undertake the development of management reports using Tableau (Operations, Quality Management, Human Resources, Internal SLA).- Monitoring, Identity Profile Reports, Customer Signature Reports)- Collaborate in the construction and acceptance testing of a Credit DataMart, a self-service database for operational departments.- Provide guidance to end-users on data usage, reports, and daáhboards.- Support and organize internal training activities (sharing, guidance on Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Storytelling).

- Survey operational departments to clarify business requirements and identify necessary data sources for reporting needs.- Analyze and evaluate business problems, providing optimal solutions through data and Business Intelligence (Customer Segmentation, Call Cost Optimization, Improved Success Contract Rate).- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to build database systems (Digital Cost Datamart, Online Business Datalake).- Develop strategic/analytical/operational reports (Online Channel Business KPI Reports, Potential Customer Analysis Reports, Digital Channel Cost Reports, Trade Marketing Operations Reports, etc.)- Train and guide end-users on dashboard and report usage.- Support and organize internal training activities (Sharing, guidance on Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Storytelling).
