Research Assistant, in charge of data analysis for the Good Project team

• Edit publication drafts and develop social media content strategies (LinkedIn) to promote the center's focus on the future of workforce research• Oversee growth in mailing list and newsletter to amplify research, education, programs, and other activities of the center

• Assess the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies for grade 6-12 students• Conduct 30+ student interviews to assess their English proficiency along with other English teachers• Participate in the organization of school-wide entrance exam for newcomers, with more than 700+ attendees• Provide students and parents with relevant information about specific programs and financing options

• Monitored project activities (from initial assessment to implementation plan) for partners, from developing teacher quality assessment programs to organizing PD workshops.• Applied strong research skills to build statistical regression models assessing investment potential for overseas partners looking to run pilot programs in Vietnam.• Initiated, planned, and carried out fundraising activities to meet the budget targets for 03 school rebuilding projects of IEG Foundation – the philanthropy branch of IEG Global• Collaborated with R&D in strategically restructuring the ESL curriculum, using culturally responsive pedagogy, for 05 bilingual K-12 schools in Vietnam• Compiled and translated 50+ articles and studies on deep learning and intellectual curiosity, which were uploaded into an open-source, nonprofit blog
